This 5 phased process allows us to focus training where it is needed most and provide protection from possible corporate manslaughter and litigation from the current where there’s blame there’s a claim culture.

Phase 1.           Investigation ad Research
The effectiveness of ANY training programme is always due to its assessment and research process. Working with you we will gather information and data about current policies and safety culture, incident rates, claims history, cost control mechanisms also driver, vehicle and journey demands.

Phase 2            Analysis
Once we have all the required data we will analyse the information and build a profile of your drivers, vehicles, incident rates and task demands.

Phase 3            Solutions
Working with you we can determine the most appropriate training programmes/course of action to invest in; ensuring that any solution is relevant to your drivers and their occupations. AND that it delivers positive results for every training £ spent.

Phase 4            Implementation
At this stage we implement the agreed program towards the part of your fleet that will benefit most. Delivering training that will provide a permanent solution to occupational road risk, our trainers being directly responsible for each drivers progress towards the company objectives.

Phase 5            Control Mechanisms
Evaluating and monitoring the success of the programme is essential to achieving year on year performance improvement for fleet efficiency. We will work with you to develop a way of monitoring driver efficiency and incident rates providing a suitable means of reacting to any fleet problems.

During the whole process we have a dedicated project manager to oversee the programme and manage change as it is needed.
