DSA Accredited fleet driver training course
Venue: Our Leeds training facility
Duration: 5 Days
Trainer to Driver Ratio: 2 : 1 or 3 : 1
Aims: To provide ADI’s with the option of direct entry to the Driving Standards Agency Fleet Driver Trainer Register giving them access to alternative career paths and income streams.
Objectives: Achieved with an effective mix of theory and practical in-car coaching by our DSA accredited trainers and advanced examiners.
Outcomes: Our 5 day Fleet Driver Trainer course is conducted at our Leeds training facility (or at venues around the country). Entry is only open to DSA Approved ADI’s who also have Cardington “A” or the DIAmond Advanced or Special Test (for information on the tests call 0800 616158).
- Day 1. Presentation skills and initial driver assessments
- Day 2. Advanced and defensive driving techniques
- Day 3. Motorway driving and introduction to COACHING techniques
- Day 4. Coaching techniques and conducting assessments
- Day 5. 10 minute presentation and 3 part test
